   Thank you Patrick for your kindness and understanding during such a difficult time. Even though it was the middle of the night you extended nothing but grace, compassion, and support upon arrival.    The ability at the time of grief when a loved one is  lost is extrememly difficult !
The service provided my brother and self has been above and beyond what one would expect of a business- with one of us out of state and the other having been the fulltime caregiver- they hav provided the upmost caring /sharing service and continue to provide !

   In early November, my father unexpectedly passed away. We were completely caught off guard and our mourning was very hard. I called several funeral homes and was floored when I was quoted for a simple cremation. Suburban Funeral Services came in $1000 less than the lowest quote. It was very easy and painless to fill out a form online and Patrick, the director contacted me immediately. Our city hall was closed for Election Day and he managed to have the state office override the necessary permits for transport to the crematory. We also had donated some of Dad’s organs for transplant and that company removed him from the hospital unbeknownst to me or my director. Patrick went above and beyond to retrieve my father that day from their facility 75 miles from where he was supposed to be. His level of professionalism was second only to his compassion. I am glad to have had a chance to talk personally with him and understood at that point, what a good and trustworthy person he is. If you’re reading this review, It means that you’ve lost someone dear to you and I am so sorry for your loss. Know that your loved one is in great care with Patrick and Suburban Funeral Services.    Losing my mom is the hardest thing I've had to ever go through. I reached out to this company and Patrick basically held my hand throughout the entire process. I needed to get her back home from WMC and he was the only one who didn't give me problems. He let me know when she was in his care, when she arrived to her destination, and checked in later to make sure my mother was with me. I still hurt, but this company made this experience just a little simpler.

   I can't begin to express my appreciation to Suburban Funeral Services.  When my husband passed away, I knew how much he hated hospitals and wanted him moved immediately for his cremation.  The thought of him being left in the morgue was giving me very bad anxiety.  Patrick Guido was very sympathetic and compassionate.  He had my husband moved and cremated that same day.  He also took the time to call me and let me know he had my husband.  This meant so much to me.   I received my husband's ashes in two days.  I am grateful for everything that Patrick did for me.    I can't express my feelings enough about my experience with Suburban Funeral Service. My husband passed away and his wishes were to be cremated. This was my first experience with death of a Loved one,  and I didn't know where to start. I just happened to google  Funeral homes cremation and Suburban Funeral Service came up. I clicked on it and read about their services and felt a sign of relief. I emailed them and Patrick Guido responded and his email explained  what to do , I was so grief stricken and stressed out and it put me at ease . They will do everything  that needs to be done including  getting you the Death certificates needed. Patrick picked up my husband body at hospital and brought it to the crematory in Poughkeepsie, NY and delivered my husbands ashes to me at my daughters house and the next day delivered the Death certificates to me also. I can't express how Grateful I am that I chose Suburban Funeral Service and how Patrick put me at ease. I feel he went way above  with his service.
